Owners are fantastic people, very caring and want the best for their tenants. This is probably one of the best if not the best deal you can get for an apartment in a college town. WiFi, electricity, and water are all included in your rent. Also the apartment comes furnished, which is an added bonus.

My experience at Grant View for this year was so good that I decided to stay another year!! Kristi and Chad do a phenomenal job at getting things done in an efficient and effective manner. The apartments (105 Grant) are located in the perfect spot super close to campus, it is SUPER AFFORDABLE as well! All in all I would Grant View is an amazing place and would 150% recommend them to anyone!

This was a perfect spot to live at if you attend Eastern Illinois University. Right across the recreation center and football field. 10 minute walk to lecture halls.
