About Us
We're Grant View Apartments, and we've been one of the premier apartment complexes here in Charleston, IL, since 2005. We're the perfect location for Eastern Illinois University students, and we have recently remodeled apartments with units that are 1-4 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. We understand the need for nice housing for students and wanted to provide quality apartments in an excellent location to EIU. My experience at Grant View for this year was so good that I decided to stay another year!! Kristi and Chad do a phenomenal job at getting things done in an efficient and effective manner. The apartments (105 Grant) are located in the perfect spot super close to campus, it is SUPER AFFORDABLE as well! All in all I would Grant View is an amazing place and would 150% recommend them to anyone!

This was a perfect spot to live at if you attend Eastern Illinois University. Right across the recreation center and football field. 10 minute walk to lecture halls.
